On behalf of ORACLE Corporation's Global Customer Programs, we have interviewed numerous ORACLE customers from diverse industries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia and written success stories about the benefits that accrued to them by using ORACLE technology and products.

Given a customer contact and basic information such as ORACLE products used we conduct extensive web and product research to prepare for the interview. We interview the customer’s contact person, usually a C-level executive, to understand the technical and business benefits that the organisation enjoys with the deployment of ORACLE. We prepare subsequent drafts of the success story until they come up to the customer's expectations and those of ORACLE.

If required, we adapt the narrative to incorporate modifications requested by the project’s stakeholders, such as the customer’s Corporate Communications department and the ORACLE Global Customer Programs team responsible for publishing the document.

Finally, we prepare a localized version of the story in the customer’s own language and obtain the official customer approval for publishing the original English and the local language version of the success story on www.oracle.com/customers.
