Together with you, and based on the type and scope of the project, we jointly define the Localization Kit, i.e. all the resources needed in order to fulfill our assignment.

We compile a shortlist of project participants (project managers, translators, proofreaders, graphic artists, designers, terminologists, programmers, etc.). We define the project structure and set detailed milestones and delivery dates with you. We ensure at all times that every element of the project is transparent and that communication with all project participants is clear.

We place great emphasis on analyzing the resources to be localized. We examine all source documents and other resources very thoroughly in terms of possible problems during the localization process. Only after this analysis has been concluded do we release the properly prepared resources for translation.

During the translation process we ensure that there is a regular (almost daily) exchange of information between the translators. In this way, even complex sources are consistently interpreted and we have far greater control over potential errors in the content. Each translation is proofread by a second specialist translator for the given target language. Depending on the material in question, we may work with various specialists – e.g. an IT translator and a marketing expert for proofreading when localizing marketing collaterals for our IT clients.

Right from the first step of the project we ensure that quality is produced. We also undertake thorough quality control checks at each project milestone. All localized resources then undergo a final, internal check.

We are responsibility personified. Our project managers have years of experience and possess the technical, social, and communication skills to manage projects successfully. Throughout the entire project you will be accompanied by a competent project manager.

During the project, we use regular reporting to ensure that you are fully informed and can intervene in the project process at all times.

We conclude each project with complete archiving, so that both parties have access to all information at any time.

In carrying out our project management we follow the guidelines laid down by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
